Harmonizing Patterns.

Depending on a client’s overall state of physical, emotional & mental health it may be necessary to work with some of the basic Harmonizing Patterns before proceeding to the Chakra Alignment patterns. The Harmonizing Patterns provide a very good introduction to Esoteric Acupuncture; how it feels, how it is conducted and how it differs from traditional acupuncture. The Harmonizing Patterns are powerful treatments of preparation, bringing us into a state of readiness for the Chakra and New Encoding Patterns.

Not all of the Harmonizing Patterns will be needed by each client; it is more usual to have just one or two prior to the Chakra Alignment Patterns. They can be repeated as often as one wishes.

Clarity Pattern.
This pattern assists a person in recognising and planning their direction in life. It can bring clarity to goal setting & decision making. It is also useful to strengthen & balance the overall energies of the client prior to working with the Chakra Alignment Patterns. This is the most commonly used pattern when beginning Esoteric Acupuncture and it provides a very beneficial space in which to begin a course of Esoteric Acupuncture treatment.

Posterior Qi Flow Pattern.
A pattern recommended to harmonizes & strengthen the energy flow of the Yang aspect of the body prior to working with the Chakra Alignment Patterns. It begins to harmonize the energies of 6 of the 7 chakra systems & strengthens the major organ systems.This also is a good introduction to working with the chakra energies.

Anterior Qi Flow Pattern.
A good pattern for clients who feel particularly stressed and out of balance. This pattern moves old stagnant energy & helps to re-establish its smooth flow throughout the channels. It brings harmony to all energetic bodies prior to working with the Chakra Alignment Patterns. This pattern may be combined with another Harmonizing Pattern in the same treatment or used by itself at any point in a course of patterns, if one is feeling unusually stressed. This pattern is very similar in its effect to the Heart Balancing Yin Pattern.

Heart Balancing Yin Pattern.
This is a preliminary harmonizing & centring pattern. It has a tremendous calming & relaxing effect. It is particularly useful for those who have an extremely stressful life. It can be used either as a main treatment or to settle a client who is particularly agitated, before a main treatment.

Palm Qi Installation Pattern.
A treatment that is particularly beneficial for all practitioners who transmit energy through the palms. The needles enclose & strengthen the minor heart chakra on the palm & will help to augment sensitivity of this area.
